At Tina Braids & Beauty Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.


Store Return Only

All returns must be made in person at the store location. We do not accept returns by mail or shipping.

Customers must bring the item and receipt to the store for return requests.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • The return must be requested within 7 days of purchase

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened beauty or hair products

  • Used wigs or hair extensions

  • Opened cosmetics or personal care items

  • Clearance or final sale items


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please bring it to the store as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist you.


Refund Method

Approved returns may be issued as:

  • Store credit

  • Exchange for another product

Refunds to the original payment method may be issued at management discretion.
